A FEW NOTES
Our meal prep service is designed to take the pressure off your week with bold, flavorful meals made from scratch. Dishes are prepared using a variety of techniques to ensure the best flavor and texture. Each entrée includes 6 to 8 ounces of high-quality protein, and you’ll choose the sides, vegetables, and grains to accompany them. Everything is packaged family-style and tailored to your tastes and dietary preferences.
Each session includes 3 to 4 entrées with your selected sides. As time allows, we’re happy to include extras like breakfast items, additional sides, salads, dips, and other add-ons to round out your meals. Meals are best enjoyed within 3 to 4 days for maximum freshness. If you're planning for a full week of meals or have a larger household, we recommend scheduling two cook sessions per week when availability allows. This helps ensure you get the most out of each dish without sacrificing flavor or quality. Groceries are always billed separately so you have full control over what’s purchased and where it’s sourced.
There is a $400 minimum per session, which includes up to four hours of service. Additional time is billed at $100 per hour. If you'd like more than the standard offering, we’re happy to accommodate—just keep in mind that more food requires more time. You’ll always receive a clear estimate based on your requests before cooking begins.
