About Chef Eric James — Private Chef in Las Vegas & Scottsdale

Eric James never set out to become a chef—he simply loved cooking and sharing great food. After attending Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, Texas, where he graduated at the top of his class, Eric began working as a personal chef in Austin in 2012. Today, he serves clients across Las Vegas and Scottsdale, offering private chef services, dinner parties, small bite catering, and custom meal prep.

For Eric, food is about connection—bringing people together, whether it’s a milestone celebration, an intimate dinner, or a casual gathering. What sets him apart is his judgment-free approach: he doesn’t care how someone likes their food—only that they leave happy.

As a private chef in Las Vegas and Scottsdale, Eric enjoys the freedom to be creative while giving clients exactly what they want, without the red tape of traditional restaurant dining. His journey wasn’t driven by a single defining moment; it evolved naturally through word-of-mouth and referrals, a testament to the personal touch he brings to every event.

Outside the kitchen, Eric’s greatest joys are traveling and exploring the world through food. Above all, he hopes to be known as someone who genuinely cares—both through his cooking and through how he connects with others in life.
