I didn’t grow up thinking I would become a chef. I was simply someone who loved taking care of people, and food became the way I did that. One dinner led to another, referrals kept coming, and over time what started as something natural turned into a career built on trust, creativity, and connection.
For more than a decade, I’ve been cooking in people’s homes, creating restaurant-level experiences without the ego or the formality. I care less about impressing other chefs and more about making sure the people sitting at the table feel comfortable, taken care of, and genuinely happy with what’s in front of them.
My style reflects who I am — modern American bistro with a touch of international influence, bold but approachable, refined but never pretentious. I believe food should feel welcoming. It should bring people together. It should create conversations that last longer than the meal itself.
When I’m not in a client’s kitchen, you’ll usually find me exploring new cities, discovering restaurants, working on creative projects, or simply enjoying a great meal with people I care about. At the end of the day, that’s what this has always been about — connection.
