Hi, I’m Eric James — a personal chef with a passion for food, travel, and creating unforgettable experiences in the kitchen. Since 2011, I’ve been serving Austin and the surrounding areas, turning kitchens into restaurants for the night and giving clients the chance to truly enjoy their guests instead of worrying about cooking or cleanup.

I graduated with honors at the top of my class from Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, and I’ve been sharing my love for bold flavors, creative menus, and approachable dining ever since. I believe food is meant to bring people together, whether it’s a cozy family-style dinner, a multi-course celebration, or a lively small-bite soirée.
