Meal Prep — How It Works
Imagine opening your fridge to find 3–4 days of bold, flavorful meals — all made from scratch, just the way you like them. Each entrée comes with 6–8 ounces of high-quality protein plus fresh sides, vegetables, or grains, packaged family-style so everyone can help themselves. When time allows, I’ll throw in a few extras like salads, breakfast options, or kid-friendly favorites — no extra labor charge, just a little bonus to make your week easier.
Meal prep starts at $350 for up to 3.5 hours of cooking in your kitchen (additional time is $75/hour). Groceries are billed separately, and you’ll approve everything I pick up. For bigger households or a full week of meals, two sessions per week work best when my schedule allows. You’ll provide airtight containers, or I can grab some for you and add the cost to your next bill.
