Desert Bistro Menu

    • Three-course dinner begins at $85 per person, with additional courses available at $15 per course, per person

    • A 20% service fee is applied to all events

    • Pricing is all-includes ingredients

    • A minimum of 8 guests is required, with events designed to scale comfortably for larger gatherings

    • For a seamless experience, service staff is recommended for plated dinners of 8 or more guests and family-style gatherings of 16 or more

    • Professional service staff is available at $125 per hour, per server, with a 3-hour minimum

    • A second entrée may be added for $35 per person, with a minimum of 4 servings per entrée option

    • Minor modifications to individual dishes can be accommodated upon request

    • Vegetarian options are available; for vegan, medical celiac, or other highly specialized dietary needs, we recommend arranging alternative accommodations due to liability considerations for medical and religious requirements

    • Sedona events include a flat $250 travel fee

    • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date

    • Event duration typically ranges from 3 to 4.5 hours, beginning at chef’s arrival and concluding with final kitchen cleanup

    • Any time beyond the scheduled completion is billed at $125 per additional hour, per service staff member

    • Final guest count may increase up to 72 hours prior to the event but may not be reduced

    • Final menu selections must be confirmed 72 hours prior to the event

    • All deposits are non-refundable; however, events may be rescheduled within 60 days of the original booking date without forfeiting the deposit

    • In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances (including monsoons or natural events), events may be rescheduled or reviewed on a case-by-case basis

    • A functional kitchen is required; photos of the kitchen and service area are requested in advance

    • Any equipment beyond standard household pots and pans will be provided by Chef Eric James as needed

    • Service timing will proceed as scheduled; delays in guest arrival may impact the pacing of courses

    • Chef Eric James is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to property or equipment within the home

    • Chef Eric James reserves the right to end service if the environment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate

    • Gratuity is not included and is left entirely to the discretion of the client

    • Any paid parking or access-related fees are the responsibility of the client

    • All menus are all-inclusive; ingredients are sourced and provided as part of the per-person pricing

    • Meals are prepared to the agreed-upon guest count; excess food and specialty items brought in for service remain the property of Chef Eric James and will be removed at the conclusion of the event

    • While reasonable accommodations can be made, Chef Eric James cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment due to the nature of shared kitchen spaces
